Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions:

Black Friday Discount codes and PINK DEALS are valid from 19-nov-2023 to 30-nov-2023. This offer does not apply to gift cards, previous purchases, nor shipping & handling. Not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.

Purchases excluding sale items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days as long as the original tags are attached and the product comes back to us free of damages and wear, just as we shipped it to you.

*** Items bought with the Code BF2023VIP, BF2023BOY or the 30% SMS code are final sale. Exchange or Store Credit Only.

***Restocking fees apply to orders being returned for a Store Credit.

***Return Shipping Fees are paid by the customer for any type of returns; Exchanges and Store Credits.

*** Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or damaged items

Full Priced Items

Purchases excluding sale items may be returned or exchanged within 20 days as long as the original tags are attached and the product comes back to us free of damages and wear, just as we shipped it to you.

*** Sale Items are not eligible for refund. Exchange or full store credit only.

***Return Shipping fee is paid by the customer 

*** Return labels valid for 7 days from date sent. Please ship your return items back within 7 days of receiving a return shipping label. Returns not shipped within 7 days are subject to cancellation.

*** Returned items without tags and/or showing signs of wear are subject to $10 tag replacement fee or denial of return.

*** Orders may be refunded to a full store credit or a refund on original payment method only.

*** A restocking fee of $9 per item applies to all return/refunds in the US.

*** Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or damaged items

***Orders with Treet discounts/credits are final sale and can only be exchanged.

*** Orders older than 20 days are not eligible for refunds. A 50% refund and 50% store credit can be offered in exceptional cases approved by Boyish Customer Service.


 

NEED TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

 

US ORDERS

Visit our US Return Request Form to get started. We'll provide all the shipping information needed once we receive your Return Request.

We'll cover the cost of shipping your new item on exchanges!  First exchange only, customer is responsible for shipping costs on any exchanges or returns after that. A restocking fee of $9 applies for each return, deducted from your refund.

1. Fill in the Return Request form, make sure all questions are answered. 
2. After carefully reviewing your information, we will send you an e-mail informing you of our approval.

3. Once you accept the conditions by reply back to us, we will send you a shipping label via e-mail for your return.

4. Pack all the returned items and attach the label on a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

5. Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship.

6. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund or exchange is issued.

Reuse our packaging, attach the label, and stick it in the mail. It’s as simple as that!

*** Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff!  We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

*** Orders received after 20 days will need to send us proof of receiving shipment delay.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Visit our international RETURNS CENTER to get started. We'll provide all the shipping information needed!

 

1. Download and print the returns label provided by Boyish. If you decide to ship with the carrier of choice, you are responsible to track the item. We cannot refund a lost return.

2. Pack all the returned items and attach the label on a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

3. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when an exchange or refund is issued.

 

Reuse our packaging, attach the label, and stick it in the mail. It’s as simple as that!

*** Orders received after 20 days can choose between a full store credit or a 50% refund and 50% store credit.

EXCHANGES 

We'll cover the cost of shipping on your first exchange! (excluding Sale)

Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways on exchanges of discount items, 2nd exchanges or any exchanges there after.

Items are non-refundable after 1st exchange has been made. Eligible for additional exchange or return for store credit only.

  


 

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

A refund or a store credit will be issued once we have received your returned items as long as the original tags are attached and the product comes back to us free of damages and wear.

Refunds do not include any shipping charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction, or to store credit (whichever is applicable to your order).  Orders originally purchased using store credit or gift cards can only be refunded to its respective store credit or gift card.

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
